What you’re buying
The Court Method — a digital manual and the field material that goes with it: the six-step table for any product, the language guide, the ten-industry asset table, the one question and its five answers, the where-the-meeting-dies diagnostic, and the Table-Tried Scorecard.
$197, once. Not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews. You keep what you bought.
How it’s delivered
By email, to the address you use at checkout, as soon as payment clears. If it hasn’t arrived within a few minutes, check spam first, then email hello@trialbytable.com and we’ll send it again by hand.
The guarantee
Run the six steps on 10 tables inside 60 days. Score each one. If you can’t then point to the step you were losing at and one meeting you fixed, send the 10 scorecards and we’ll refund every dollar. You keep the manual.
It is deliberately not an “if you’re not satisfied” guarantee. It’s for people who did the work and found it didn’t work for them — which is the only guarantee an honest method can make, so it’s the one this makes.
We don’t guarantee outcomes. Nobody honest does. Nothing here is a promise about what you’ll earn, close or sell. What you get out of it depends on your market, your product and how you run it.
How to claim it
- Email hello@trialbytable.com within 60 days of purchase.
- Attach your 10 scorecards — photographs of the printed cards are fine, or use Copy all ten for sending on the digital one.
- Use the same email address you bought with, so we can find the payment.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within two business days of us seeing the scorecards. We don’t argue about refunds — if you did the work, the money goes back.
On your statement
The charge appears as TRIALBYTABLE. If you see something you don’t recognise, email us before disputing it — it’s faster, and we’ll sort it either way.

The one rule we ask back
The method carries a compliance standard, and it isn’t decoration. The language guide never replaces a word a regulator requires — rate, APR, term, cancellation right, coverage and warranty conditions are said in full, every time. Never guarantee an outcome. Never cover a customer’s deductible. Never keep pushing after a clear, considered no. Selling this way is the point of the method; anything else is a different method and a worse business.
